• Onboarding Status: Whether you've completed the initial welcome flow
• Session Timing: Temporary timestamps for meditation and unlock windows (automatically cleared)
• App Selections: The specific apps, categories, and websites you choose to guard (stored securely using iOS Screen Time framework)

Screen Time Integration

BrainGuard integrates with iOS Screen Time and Family Controls frameworks to provide app blocking functionality. This integration:

• Requires your explicit permission through iOS authorization dialogs
• Only accesses apps and categories you specifically select for guarding
• Uses Apple's secure, privacy-focused Screen Time APIs
• Cannot access your actual app usage data, browsing history, or personal content

Subscription Information

If you purchase a subscription, all payment processing is handled securely by Apple through the App Store. We receive only the minimum necessary information to verify your subscription status through Apple's StoreKit framework. We do not store your payment information.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected solely to provide and improve the BrainGuard service:

• To provide app blocking and meditation timing functionality
• To remember your preferences and settings across app sessions
• To verify your subscription status for premium features

Children's Privacy

International Users
